Landscape
Committee

The purpose of the Landscape Committee is to approve landscape plans prior to plantings being installed on newly developed lots, approve any alteration to existing landscaping, and to make decisions on tree removal requests. Members also participate in the monthly selection process for Best of Sandy Ford.

The intent is to assure a pleasing appearance in our community, recognizing individual tastes may vary, but assuring compatibility with the community in general.

Architectural and Review
Committee

The purpose of the ARC Committee is to approve building plans for new construction and assure compliance with current Covenants, Restrictions, and Conditions. This also includes approving any alteration to existing structures. Structures include items such as the dwelling, fences, modification to windows, exterior paint color, statues, flags and other decorative items. Sunshine & Social
Committee

Members of this Committee will welcome new residents to our community and act as a community resource in the early stages of their relocation here. The Committee may also provide comfort and assistance in times of need, such as an illness, death in the family, a new-born, etc.
